I meant to take a picture of all the garbage I jam into my blender each morning for my smoothies, but in my fervor to get out the door I forgot and ate/drank it. I know breakfast is hard for some people and it certainly is for me, which is why this smoothie is a life saver. This is what I use:
1 raw egg
1 banana
3 second count almond milk pour
Half an avocado
An eyeballed "handful" of frozen berries
Handful of kale
Handful of baby spinach
And for some extra flavor:
A few shakes of cinnamon
A scoop of almond butter
I've played around with many combinations, at one point putting sweet potatoes or broccoli into it (die) and this is my tried and true method.
